Connecting Your Review Sources

FeedbackLedger collects reviews from multiple platforms automatically. Once connected, we check for new reviews daily and analyze them as they come in.

Supported Platforms

We currently support:

• Google Business Profile - Your Google reviews and ratings
• Yelp - Your Yelp business reviews

More platforms may be added over time.

How to Connect

1. Navigate to Settings in your FeedbackLedger dashboard
2. Find the Review Sources section
3. Click Connect next to the platform you want to add
4. Follow the prompts to authorize access

For Google, you'll need to provide your Google Business Profile URL or Place ID. For Yelp, you'll need your Yelp business page URL.

What Happens Next

After connecting a source, we'll begin collecting your reviews. The initial collection may take a few minutes depending on how many reviews you have.

Once reviews are collected, our AI will analyze them to identify patterns. You'll see your first insights shortly after the analysis completes.

Daily Collection

After the initial setup, we check your connected sources daily for new reviews. This happens automatically—you don't need to do anything.

New reviews are analyzed as they come in, and your insights update to reflect the latest feedback.

Disconnecting Sources

If you need to disconnect a review source, you can do so from the same Settings page. Disconnecting a source will stop future collection, but won't delete reviews we've already collected.
