By accessing or using FeedbackLedger ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

FeedbackLedger provides automated review aggregation, sentiment analysis, and benchmarking against other local businesses. The Service includes:
- Automated weekly ingestion of customer reviews from connected platforms
- AI-powered sentiment analysis and insight generation
- Local Benchmark tracking and comparison with other local businesses
- Dashboard and reporting tools
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
- Complying with the terms of service of connected review platforms
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
We aggregate and analyze customer reviews from platforms you connect. You represent that you have the right to access and use this data for your business purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FeedbackLedger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to process and analyze this data to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Insights generated by our AI systems are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedbackLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
