Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you won't be charged.

What's the difference between plans?

All plans include the same features. The only difference is how far back we analyze your review history: 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Growth), or 365 days (Premier). Longer windows reveal deeper patterns like seasonal trends.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your account settings under the billing section.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to deeper historical analysis as soon as payment confirms. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; until then, you keep your current tier's full access, and review history outside the new plan's lookback window is removed after the switch.

We automatically collect your reviews daily from connected platforms like Google and Yelp. You just connect your business once and we handle the rest.
